How can i get a legitimate loan that’s not a payday loan?
I dont want to go to my bank for a consolidated loan because I really only need about 3,000 dollars to get me through this rough patch! Is there somewhere I can get a loan that I can pay back over-time? I’m not interested in a payday loan place that charges a lot of interest? What about fast access?

Have you tried going to a local bank or credit union that is not your current institution? If you tried to get a personal loan from one of them but was rejected then I recommend you try getting a loan from pawning some of your possessions or acquiring an auto title loan. The terms and fees for those two loans are considered much better than a typical payday loans. I have a couple of sources below in case you want more details.
