What happens if you don’t pay on one of those payday loans?
My mom got 3 payday loans to pay for car repairs now she pays 1000 a month just to those 3 and cannot afford any of her other bills.…

Let’s say I took out a payday loan, but at the end there’s no money left in the bank account for the loan shark to reclaim. What happens then? Do they garnish your wages, sue you, or what?
